DigiVet "+100 Case Challenge" Terms and Conditions

1. The Organizer

The "+100 Case Challenge" (the "Competition") is organized and administered by DigiVet ("Organizer").

2. Competition Period

• The Competition runs from 01 August 2026 at 00:00 (SAST) to 30 September 2026 at 23:59 (SAST) ("Competition Period").
• Only cases logged and completed within this window will count toward the total threshold.

3. Eligibility

• The Competition is open to all active, registered VetifyPro users who are practicing veterinarians ("Participants").
• Entry into the Competition is automatic for all active VetifyPro users during the Competition Period.

4. Qualifying Criteria

• Target: To qualify for the prize, a Participant must complete and log at least 100 cases (+100) on VetifyPro during August and September 2026.
• Eligible Cases: Cases must be fully completed and contain qualifying system/AI-generated content as required by the platform. Draft, incomplete, or test cases will be excluded.
• System logs and automated VetifyPro database counters are final in verifying individual case totals.

5. Reward & Prize Details

• The Prize: Every eligible Participant who reaches or exceeds 100 completed cases during the Competition Period will receive one (1) branded DigiVet softshell jacket.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

6. Winner Verification & Delivery

• Final tallies will be verified at the conclusion of the Competition Period (after midnight on 30 September 2026).
• Qualifying participants will be contacted via their registered account email in October 2026 to select their jacket size and confirm delivery details.

7. General Conditions

• DigiVet reserves the right to audit system logs and disqualify any user found to be creating dummy, duplicate, or fraudulent cases solely to inflate counts.
• DigiVet reserves the right to adjust, extend, or amend the Terms and Conditions should technical or unforeseen circumstances require it.
